Apartment was very quiet, clean and spacious. Bathroom has under the floor heating as well as toilet seats. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser are specially made for the guests and it was really nice. Bedsheets get changed every day. The gym facility was excellent. The 3rd floor restaurant has a good ambiance and food was really good. The breakfast is good. I have stayed 2 weeks and the hotel staff was very kind and professional.

Central location, away from traffic, congestion, and frequent protest demonstrations. Mall/grocery nearby. Convenience store and restaurants in Novotel next door. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and office. Very spacious, nicely appointed, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, very clean and modern, service was good, very nice gym.

The location is ideal, right next to Yongsan station, so very easy to get the Metro. The room was fantastic, the staff were excellent, this was the second time we have been in this four hotel complex, and the Grand Mercure is better than both Nova's and the Ibis. Highly recommend this place.

The room was amazing. Lovely big bath and shower, kitchen area with washer/dryer and washing liquid included. Instructions for using appliances in English. Room service food was nice. Nice view over the city (although booking.com said river view which we didn’t have). We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or roof garden but both sounded great.

Comfortably sized, well appointed Suite. Good housekeeping, nice touch to provide detergent and dishwasher liquid. Efficient and helpful Front Office. Good choice at breakfast. Five minute walk to Yongsan subway/train station.

The room is a little bigger than the others in Seoul. All the facilities in the room made our stay very comfortable. A variety of breakfast buffet was great. Every morning they served the slightly different food so that we really enjoyed the meals during our stay.
